By using this website or requesting products or services from us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and orders

Prices shown or discussed before a formal quote are indicative only. An order is not confirmed until the relevant quote or order has been accepted and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Prices are subject to availability, supplier pricing and the specifications of your order.

Artwork and approvals

Customers are responsible for checking and approving artwork, logos, spelling, colours, garment selections, quantities, sizes and other order details before production.

Once artwork or an order has been approved and production has commenced, changes may not be possible and additional costs may apply.

Customer-supplied logos and artwork

By supplying a logo, design, image or other material to SWT, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use it and authorise SWT and its suppliers to reproduce it for the purpose of completing your order.

Colours and product appearance

Digital mock-ups, photographs and screen colours are indicative only. Actual garment, print and embroidery colours may vary slightly due to materials, manufacturing, decoration methods and screen settings.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate garment sizes. Sizing can vary between brands and styles, and we recommend checking the relevant sizing information before approving an order.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We are not responsible for reasonable delays caused by suppliers, freight providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Custom and branded products

Because decorated and custom-made products are produced specifically for the customer, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or customer-approved artwork or order details.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Problems with an order

If there is a problem with an order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can review it and work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website content

We take reasonable care with the information on this website but do not guarantee that all information, product availability, images or pricing will always be current or error-free.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the South West Threads name, branding and website content are owned by or licensed to SWT and must not be reproduced without permission.

Customer logos and other customer-owned intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
